CNC GEAR GRINDING AND INSPECTION

With our range of precision gear grinding machines we can produce very accurate ground gear profiles suitable for the most demanding engineering applications. Using our Hofler 800 and Gleason Pfuater PE 725 CNC gear grinding machines we are able to reduce setup times while producing gears to the highest standard ensuring long life of the gears.

Gears are inspected on our Swiss made Maag gear inspection machine the measures gear profiles, helix angles and tooth pitching. The gear inspection machine is regularly checked against calibrated masters to ensure accuracy and reliability to international standards.

GEARBOX SERVICING

With our highly trained staff, specialised tooling and equipment we can service all types of gearboxes and transmission.

From bearing and seal replacement only, through to a complete rebuild we will ensure the gearbox is refurbished to the original manufacturers specification for long maintenance free operation.
